Scheduling

At Rancho Dental, we value our patients’ time and therefore, try to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. We respect your time and try to stay on schedule to see you at your appointed time. We also make every attempt to see patients experiencing pain or an emergency that same day.

Because we offer a full range of dental services, appointment times may vary and unexpected circumstances could lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Occasionally, emergencies do arise and cause unexpected delays as well. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

We ask that you offer the same respect to us that we offer to you by showing up to your scheduled appointment on time. Please provide a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please understand that we do not schedule more than one patient at a time in our dental office, so when a patient fails to show up at their appointed time, it affects not only our schedule, but other patients’ schedules as well. We believe that the success of our practice is a result of a common respect and understanding of the doctor’s time and the value of our patients’ time. We kindly ask that you join us in implementing this principle.
